What was Charlie's reaction when he found out Bella was pregnant/ first heard about Renesme?

he was confused,he didn't even know that bella was pregnant because she never told him until she was born.

He never knew that Bella was pregnant, 또는 that Renesme was Bella and Edwards biological daughter. They told him that she was Edwards neice, and that she came to be raised 의해 them after her parents died. I think Charlie knew something was up, especially since Renesme has the same eyes as Bella and Charlie, but he let it go because he was in a sort of "dont ask dont tell" mood at that point. All he mentioned was that Bella and Edward were young to be parents and that he was young to be a grandfather, but he felt better when they pointed out that Carlisle was a grandfather too.

When they first introduced Nessie to him, they claimed that she's Edward's niece. Charlie got suspicious because he noticed that she shares Bella's human eyes. They then admitted that she's their daughter, because he asked them not to lie to him. He was freaking out at first, trying to work out how it happened because a normal pregnancy would have been showing heavily the last time he saw Bella. But he eventually pushed all the freaky issues aside after Bella reminded him he'd asked for a need to know basis.
