Why do people have to compare Twilight and Harry Potter and choose which one is better?

Ya, I totally agree with you! I am a HUGE 팬 of both Twilight and Harry Potter, and I 사랑 them both equally. They should oth be able to coexist peacefully, and continue being loved and obsessed 의해 us 팬 :3 Long live Twilight and Harry Potter!!!

yeah, I think the same..they should but I don't know why people like to compare..
maybe because they're both series of "fantastic events"...but they're so different..I like harry potter too, but like Twilight more, and it's so normal...wonder why 팬 from both hate each other, cause some do hate the other fans..so weird...shouldn't happen..

I think because they are such different series that people compare them to eachother, its just what people do. They do it on this website all the time aswell for eg. "Who do u like better? Edward 또는 Jacob?" They 2 different characters completley but they are 인기 and are compared because about 70% of people are either on Team Jacob 또는 Edward and people like to see who is on their side of the argument and who is against them. They also do it with actors and characters that those actors are playing for eg. "Who do u like better? Rob 또는 Edward?" They are 2 completley different people( considering edwards fiction) and people just like to see which side 당신 are on.
and another 1 - they did it with actors looks too.
for eg. Who is hotter Taylor 또는 Rob?- They have very different looks but everyone likes to add their opinion.

So i think people always compare harry potter and twilight because they are probably the 2 most 인기 series ( like Edward and Jacob)and people prob like to 토론 and argue over which 1 is better 또는 to just see which side people are on.

harry potter was a very 인기 movie and twilight is now a very 인기 movie and TWILIGHT is way way better than harry potter

i think people compare them because they are both in the 판타지 genre and have captured the imagination of the masses.

yeah! my sister for example is piecing me off every 일 cauz she thinks that the twilight's idea is stolen from the HP books!and she've only seen the twilght movie and haven't even read it! Harry Potter has nothing to do with Twilight!! the only common is that they're 책 made with imagination, they aren't true and that everyone in the world loves them!!

I like both Twilight and Harry Potter very very much. But it's true, 당신 can't compare them because they're way to different. In my opinion people who didn't read Harry Potter can't say twilight is better. I really hate it when I'm on the twilight 또는 Harry Potter spot and i see picks like: Do 당신 think Harry Potter 또는 twilight is better. 당신 CAN'T compare them!!

and i hate it when people compare them and make us choose between one 또는 the other.. they're just two different stories and i 사랑 them both for different reasons!

if i had to choose i'd probably said twilight because of how it made me feel, but i couldn't imagine my life without HP either!!
so yeah they seriously have to stop doing this.. they can't be compared to anything because they're just so unique! <3
