I studied art for many years. This is very good, but a little cartoonish. Try to avoid the heavy lines on the outside, add 더 많이 shading to smooth it and make it 더 많이 real. When 당신 do hair, do it in layers, make each stroke count. Use a putty eraser to add highlights. There are a lot of tutorial 비디오 on 유튜브 to walk 당신 through on how to make even 더 많이 real photos. It really does look good though!! Keep drawing and you'll only get better :) Ps. Ill add one of my 사진 to kinda show what I mean about the lines...
