I think Alice's power overshadowers who inteligent she actually is. I have to give it to Jasper. He's been messed around with the most and still have the most level head you can see. I mean he wasn't the first Werewolf but is considered pack leader after Sam. And I love his character.

I think that Victoria was the smartest Vampire though. I mean how she manipulated Riley into making a vampire army because she knew that the cullens, the wolves and the voulti would be watchign her decisions. <3
