Do 당신 outline your story before 당신 write them?

there's only one story I wrote and I haven't think of what's my 다음 step for the story and here I'm stuck in the end and I have no idea what should I write ,I have to finish it someday but outline my story first is better than just make up everything while I'm 글쓰기 the chapters even if that will took me so much time to outline my stories

not usually unless its required..
i find outlines confusing and a waste of time.

but that's just me, ya know.

I have to outline. If I just free write it, then it will turn out horrible. I didn't outline World of Shadows but oddly it turned out great. I just don't want to take the risk of not outlining.
