Alejandro and Heather aren't really "mean", they can come across to be, but they're just evil and Heather was kinda stuck-up and self centered in season 1, but it's different than mean. Duncan just wants people to think he's mean, and Courtney may have been the antagonist at one point, but she's strategic and annoying, not mean. Eva, however, is mean. She has anger management issues, too.
