The only thing that makes Gwen an antagonist (aka "The New Heather") is how she'll seduce men, and get them eliminated on purpose. She did that to Trent in TDI (caught Heather's attention) and TDA (Trent's love for Gwen cost his team's challenges and got him eliminated by Gwen).
