what is the best way to draw tdi style really good?

I just look off of a TDI/A pic and make it on ms paint...

Well i have a advanced program , and it was free, and i just use the " free hand pen tool"



yeah then i open the character's picture to paint drop it. That's all i do, but it will take awhile to learn to immediate the style of animation. It took me about .... a 년 to draw TDI style like this:
