Why Does Everyone Type Like This Where Every Other Word Is Capitalized And Then End Thier Scentences With A Shit Load Of Periods..............

I screamed at my computer one time because a whole bunch of people were typing like that; I was like, "OH MY FREAKING GOD WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!" xDD
