What does dedicated 팬 mean?

I was just wondering because it said that I'M a dedicated 팬 for Total Drama Island.

팬팝 has a system of medals. When 당신 contribute to and visit a certain club enough times, 당신 earn a medal. These appear on your 프로필 page with the club outlined in a certain colour with a dot on the side. The rating goes like so:
Green- Dedicated Fan
Yellow- Die-Hard Fan
Red-Fanatic

At the bottom of you're "My Clubs" box on your profile, it will show how many medals 당신 have in a certain category. Like how I have 5 Die-Hard medals at the bottom of mine.

Lucky..i just have 2 Dedicated 팬 and one Die-Hard..i think i should get another 2 dedicted on from total drama and one from pokemon anytime now..lol. :P
