Probably. I don't know. I get seriously frightend and paranoid easily, three months 이전 a family friend was murdered and now I get scared a lot. I mean, a lot. If I'm in the house alone and I hear a creaking 또는 a shadow 또는 see something where I think it shouldn't be, I get really freaked out. I try to tell myself it's all in my head, but when you're sweating with anxiety and 당신 literally CAN'T 옮기기 it's pretty hard to persuade yourself.
well if 당신 think about it yes it all is. all of your fears 당신 think of the only thing keeping 당신 scared is your own mind. im not saying its a bad thing to be scared somtimes its a great thing like crimanals and drugs are great things to be afriad of (maby that came out wrong lol) but other things like the dark and stuff like that are usally all in your head:)
