Bloom doesn't lead anything. She isn't strong, brave, willful...anything that makes a good leader. She's always depending on someone else to guide her from point A to point B. She has barely accomplished anything herself. (The most she can say to that is getting her Enchantix - but she even had help doing that! And she accomplished it unfairly)

Roxy is inexperienced. She has been a fairy for less than a year, and never even went to school to learn more about magic or her powers. Of course she's not going to even win this poll...why even ask it? To humiliate her?

I think Bloom because firstly i made this question to see who agrees and secondly Roxy is such a bad fairy because she is all like "No this cant be happening it just can't, fairys dont exist they dont exist theirs no such thing". See thats exactly what she said and its not like she can make people beleive in fairys because she has no believix powers. realy what good does Roxy do for the club AND she is not in the club anyway. Bloom is a poor leader, too dependent, not very strong at the loss of her powers, emotionally weak, too confused, when she does win or accomplish anything on her own its usually accomplished out of luck rather than skill. A first year fairy can be a better leader than her. At leas Roxy has some confidence.
