why 4kids entertainment 로스트 their license on winx in the US?

I'm not too sure as to why 4kids got revoked of their license of Winx. I've heard speculations that they loss their license due to the creators not liking what they were doing with the show. (Either the voices, 또는 changes they made etc.) They really aren't too many 답변 that are 100% sure as to why they 로스트 their rights over the show.
