As we prepare to lose one of our beloved survivors on ‘The Walking Dead,’ the HollywoodLife.com staff is weighing on who they think has the biggest risk of meeting the end of Negan’s bat, Lucille.

is set to come to a very, very bloody ending. With more than a handful of main characters in danger and the intense build-up for Negan’s arrival, we here at HollywoodLife.com couldn’t help but share our predictions for what is sure to be an insane episode.

We’ve managed to escape losing a big character for quite some time now, even though the deaths of people like Denise, Deanna, Jessie and Nicholas were definitely not easy to cope with in season six. to come, and as big fans here at HollywoodLife.com we thought we would weigh in on the what-if’s.

So, who’s it gonna be? HL’s team sounds off below.

“It feels a little too obvious right now, but I’ve got to go with Daryl. There have been rumors he’s the next to go for the past few seasons, and considering he’s a total wild card because he’s not actually in the comics, he can be taken from us at any time. Plus, I have to say that I don’t think it’s going to be Glenn. Maybe it worked in the comics, but it feels like he and Maggie have so much more to accomplish together, doesn’t it?”

“Daryl. As much as I do not want it to happen, I’ve been prepping myself for this loss since the speculation started. He was reckless for running after Carol when she left but part of it was for him to get personal revenge. He put the group in jeopardy, which led them to get captured. Was him getting shot in the last episode a sign? If Negan is as cruel as he is in the comics, then it is Daryl’s time.” 

“Morgan because of the speech he gave to Rick in the last episode.”

Hmm. Seems like all bets are on Daryl here at HollywoodLife.com, which, if the actual victim, is going to be super hard to watch. But, let’s be honest… no matter who bites the dust in the season six finale is going to hurt.

Don’t forget that so many other characters are currently in danger, too. As of the pre-finale episode, Glenn, Michonne, and Rosita were all being held captive by Dwight and his crew of Saviors. Plus, Carol is injured and missing, and the last we saw of Maggie it seemed like something terrible was happening inside her baby belly. Ugh!
