i think if they would have one it would probably be a distant Gilbert becasue Pearl was going out with John Gilbert? otherwise no they are surnameless!
Found this because I was looking for their names for my sims..... They never say it in the show, but in Stefan's Diaries her full name is Annabelle Johnson. I would think Pearls is the same.
