I don't have time to watch the Originals, but they became really pointless on TVD after season 3 & neither of them had a decent & well written storyline anymore. I hope we'll see Rebekah or Elijah once or twice in the future, but even if not I won't be really disappointed. posted over a year ago.

They had no storyline (if you don't count the romantic ones which, for me at least, don't count) and them staying would've just kept the plot from moving on. posted over a year ago.

I love being able to learn more about the Mikaelson family! I am glad that TVD season five is better than season four because that was terrible.
