Yeah, the series is based on the 책 의해 L.J. Smith but the show is apparently really different (i havent seen it yet, wont start for another 4 days) but 당신 can read the whole of the first 2 책 online at:

if 당신 actually go on to the site homepage just click on the "books" hyperlink thing and then there is an ORDER NOW part 또는 a READ FOR FREE part... but 당신 can only read all of The Awakening and The Struggle online... 당신 can only read sample chapters of The Fury and The Reunion and the sequal:
The Return: Nightfall only gives 당신 sample chapters too.
