Why is the Jane/Lisbon relationship called Jello? I don't get it.

I've seen it refered to as Jisbon too. Which I prefer just cuz it makes sense right off the bat. No thinking required :D

I think Jello is too comercial whereas Jisbon compliments their special relationship
