Defending my honour? Really? I must say, you're very bad at it. And a Matzo is an unleavened 빵 traditionally eaten 의해 Jews during the week-long Passover holiday. Matzo is eaten 의해 Jews as an obligation during the Passover Seder meal; during the rest of the holiday its consumption is optional, though customary, as only unleavened 빵 may be eaten.
