That means that even if u weren't a winner in the other contests u can compete in this one!!!! And I will give u props!!!!

1st place 15 props
2nd place 10 props
3rd place 5 props
And u will all get 4 또는 less props (depends on how much I like ur pic) 4 having entered!!!
