If 당신 click on 기사 which is on the bar above with home,wall and 이미지 on it e.g. when 당신 have clicked on that 당신 should see and blue box type thing where it should be like the one above this saying something like answered question. when that shows up on the 상단, 맨 위로 right hand corner of the thick blue line it should say create an 기사 with a miniature plus sign 다음 to it. click on that and then 당신 should be able to make an article.
