Do 당신 think it's "unfair" for "the Host" that "Twilight" has 더 많이 fans,is 더 많이 known and 더 많이 succesful?

I don't think it's unfair, but

- Twilight is a completed series. That's 4 책 vs 1 book

- The Host there's no official word on whether it will be continued as a series.

- Twilight 영화 (minus 1) are already completed vs TH movie hasn't even finished casting.

- Meyer seems a bit...disconnected(?) with her audience, she was 더 많이 close to her 팬 when 글쓰기 Twilight. I understand it's impossible nowadays when the fanbase is so huge though.

- The Host movie took a loong, looong time in pre production, so maybe now that it's actually happening people who were interested will be interested again also new readers will 가입하기 the fandom

*is already hiding* Yes, it's unfair, because Twilight is overrated (A) But that's just my opinion, no offence to the fans. Personally, I think The Host is a much better story, but that's an other discussion.

I think that The Host is less known than Twilight, because it's written during the Twilight-hype. People payed 더 많이 attention to all those books, than to other work of the writer.

But what's fair? A lot good books, movies, TV series etc. don't get the recognition they deserve. It's just because people are focusing on other, sometimes less good work.

I think it's because there isn't a movie yet. When the movie is released, I'm sure there will be 더 많이 fans. Some people don't want to read the 책 and when they watch the movies, they become fans. I believe that's what happened with Twilight.

I read Twilight first liked it too but I really feel that the Host is far ahead as a story is concerned.
The Host deserves as much popularity as Twilight if not more.
I hope a good movie can draw 더 많이 팬 as well as sequels.

The way i see it, I'm enjoying the time with my "secret" Host world before the media starts distorting and misinterpteting the story!

being into things underground stuff is 더 많이 fun . 인기 things tend to blow up & piss people off . sounding crazy is 더 많이 fun :P
