Considering only the movies, I like Fili & Kili better (because I dislike movie Faramir), but with the books these two are my favorite for sure :D

Eowyn and Eomer cause their love was so strong, they were orphans and were very close to each other; she followed him to Pelennor, Eomer almost die when he was thinking that she is dead and I think that she also would like to die because of him in the same situation. Like both couldn't live without each other :)
