Chapter One-

Annabeth:
Annabeth stood by the dragon-headed prow of the Argo II, her hair whipping in the wind.
"Hey Princess!" called a girl.
Annabeth scowled, "What Clarisse?" turning.
Clarisse skidded to a stop opposite Annabeth. "The geek in the overalls just sent the video scroll thing you designed, and I just wanted to tell you that if it doesn't work and if those jerks down there-" she over the side of the ship at the hills below, "-and we get blown out of the air, I will wring your neck personally o.k?"
"Whatever..... When will we arrive?" asked Annabeth distractedly.
Clarisse sighed dramatically.....
