YES, I did. I was so confused when I read through again, blackjack was definitely a guy. And he was the one that Percy rescued from the princess andromeda, but the Pegasus on it was a girl.

No, actually. Because his-sorry HER- name sounds kind of boyish, some fans(like me) would have missed that little detail and imagined his voice to be a girl's.
