It's very possible, considering Jason does not know exactly what she meant to her. It is entirely possible that she is not his girlfriend, but it is equally likely that they are dating.

I've actually been thinking that Reyna may be a daughter of posiden, a childhood friend, 또는 maybe someone in charge.
