Introduction to the Journal

Mr. Prongs most graciously welcomes 당신 to the Memories of Mr. Moony, Padfoot, Prongs and Ms. Stringi, pranksters extraordinaire.
Ms. Stringi would like to pronounce that 당신 will be able to find here our memories, bits and pieces of things and lots of other stuff.
Mr. Moony wishes to declare that Mr. Prongs is an exceedingly large git for 글쓰기 something so insane.
Mr. Padfoot agrees with Mr. Moony and would like to add that also featuring in our memories is Quote of the Day, a 설명 of Myself, Stringi, Prongs and Moony, and hilarious events including the first trip on the Hogwarts express, pranking the Slytherins and other selected recollections.
Mr. Moony articulates that also included are other important events consisting of things other then pranks and Slytherins.
Mr. Prongs would like to register how boring Mr. Moony's proposition sounds.
Ms. Stringi would like to object to what Mr. Prongs articulates. Ms. Stringi would also like to remind him that I am a Slytherin myself.
Mr. Prongs wants to make clear that Ms. Stringi doesnt belongs to Slytherin, no matter what the Sorting Hat says.
Mr. Padfoot wants to interfer in this discussion and propose some sort of pact…
Mr. Prongs suggests that we start with 'we solemnly swear that we….'
***We solemnly swear that we will always be true friends, outside of Hogwarts 또는 in, we will always stay loyal to each other, and will never betray each other's trust for anything. Forever we will always be Moony, Stringi, Padfoot and Prongs.***
Ms. Stringi congratulates Mr. Padfoot on his pact.
Mr. Moony would like to express his astonishment that Mr. Prongs could have come up with such an excellent pact.
Mr. Prongs would like to make the pact official, and therefore begs that Mr. Moony, Mr. Padfoot, Ms. Stringi and myself sign the parchment.

Greetings to 당신 on this fine day. Welcome to The Memories of Moony, Stringi, Padfoot and Prongs.
Prongs suggested that we start a journal so we can record our greatest moments together and our achievements so that we can read them when we get old and saggy (I hope that 일 doesn't come too soon, and personally, I'd rather not think about that), and we can read it to out great-grandchildren. So that's why we've started this journal. In case 당신 were wondering… So, pull up a 좌석 and read to your heart's content! Not that 당신 should be 읽기 anyway. Only precious few, (Me, Prongs, Moony, and Stringi) have the power and authority to open this book.
If 당신 are 읽기 this it either means that:
a) We are all dead (Merlin forbid that!),
b) One of us let 당신 read this (Personally I can't see that happening), or
c) 당신 are a sneaky little slimy git and have snuck in and read it of your OWN accord.
Though a very clever git 당신 must be, since, with my incredible talents I have placed a number of spells to keep people like 당신 away. 의해 now 당신 must have very sore hands, 또는 boils all over your face 또는 something similar. If 당신 have then good for you! Hope it hurts! Tell me when the stinging starts.
A word of warning, (not that I should be warning you), if 당신 keep 읽기 and don't know the password, warts will appear in other places, so: CLOSE THIS BOOK.
Okay, now that all the sneaky gits are gone, (if you're not gone yet then I hope those warts and boils are giving 당신 an immeasurable amount of pain! Just wait a little longer, 당신 haven't experienced the worst of it, yes it gets worse!) I shall inform 당신 that this is 더 많이 a collection of short stories recounting past and present events then a journal.
Anyway, in this book thing you'll find our greatest and worst memories, also our greatest pranks to date, and everything else in between, oh, and we even have Quote of the Day, which is a nifty little thing that I made up, so if we hear a really good quote we'll put them in, (most of the time we can't think of many 인용구 so there might be a certain lack of them).
This book is a treasure, our whole life is here...and we hope 당신 can see how brilliant the four of us are.

"We were quiet funny" said Emma with a giggle
"but we were brilliant!" exclaimed Fred
"do 당신 really put many spells on it?" asked Ted raising an eyebrow
"oh yes I did" answered 프레드 with a smirk
"So...do we continue reading?" asked James
"sure! but first, each 일 is written 의해 someone of us, right?" asked Emma
"yep...we all put our points of view from different days" answered Ted
"good! then I was thinking, that the one who wrote should be the one to read" suggested Emma
"thats a brilliant idea!" said James
"We always knew 당신 were the brain in the group Stringi" said 프레드 with a smirk
"oh no...the brain is Teddy" answered Emma "he is the one who spends hours in the library"
"well...whatever, your idea was brilliant!" said James
"So, 당신 were the first to write Emma" said Ted passing the journal to Emma "You are the first one to read"
