Paul, George, and Ringo talked about what they could do to keep John 안전한, 안전 from Mark David Chapman. Ringo said, "We could hide him somewhere." Did 당신 show your mates the video I sent you?" He replied, "Yes, I did. Don't worry. I'm at Paul's. I'm sure to be 안전한, 안전 there." She said, "Jolly good. If you'd like, my 프렌즈 and I could shield you, too." When John read this, his eyes widened. "Are 당신 crazy, Hazel?! 당신 could get yourself hurt 또는 worse! I don't want 당신 to get hurt 또는 killed for my sake." He at first put it in all caps, but he changed it to avoid sounding rude. Hazel was determined, however, and she said, "I'd rather it be me than 당신 또는 your mates." John was touched 의해 this. He was ready to cry, but Paul came in. John didn't want Paul to see him crying. Paul asked, "Are 당신 all right, John?" John managed to smile and said, "Yes, I am." Paul said, "You know, 당신 can tell me anything." John said, "Read this." He showed Paul the conversation with Hazel. Paul said, "I'm touched. We really do mean a lot to our fans, don't we?" John said, "We do." Paul asked, "Does this mean we're not breaking up?" John said, "No, Paul. We're not breaking up, ever. Just don't make it mushy, all right?" Paul laughed a little and said, "Right, John."
