비틀즈 질문

For my fanfiction (Strawberry Fields Forever):

As 당신 might have picked up on, my new fanfiction will involve a lot of places where the band that we know will end up calling themselves the Beatles spend time suggesting different band names to each other. I'd like to add in a few things the Beatles really did call themselves, but the thing is, I don't know of that many - I know they were Long John and the Silver Beetles at one point, I think there was something like Johnny and the Moon Dogs, and of course, there's the Quarrymen. So anyway, my 질문 is: What other things did the Beatles call themselves before settling on the Beatles?

I think 당신 covered them all but I think they also went 의해 'The Black Jacks' and 'The Nerk Twins'. Hope that helps! :)

(For the record I have no idea what Nerk Twins means, sorry. I'm just glad they didn't keep it.)

It is a cool name! Of course, it is a little odd for a four-piece band... but then John wrote a story called "The Famous Five Through Woenow Abbey" in which he mentions ten members of the Famous Five. So I guess 의해 John's logic, there would be two Beatles and they could be called twins!

I read it was a nickname for John and Paul and they actually used it once. But I hope the information was some help. Good luck with your story! :)

I found this on the net for 당신 Rubyrings.....by Chantal de Paus, Lifelong Beatles 팬 and avid researcher of Beatles facts/trivia.

The Quarrymen, Johnny and the Moondogs, the Silver Beetles, et cetera have all been mentioned. But one is missing.

About a week before returning 집 from their 초 Hamburg stint, The Beatles (John, Paul, George, and Pete) recorded a record with Tony Sheridan. The name they used on that record was The Beat Brothers.
Though not many people know this, it's probably the most important it of Beatles trivia. People in Liverpool started requesting the record (My Bonnie, a hit at the time) at Brian Epstein's record shop. The record became so 인기 - not because of Sheridan, but because of the band that backed him - that Epstein became interested in the mysterious Beat Brothers. He saw one of the Beatles' shows at the Cavern Club, and the rest is history.

So, although most people know about the Quarrymen, the name Beat Brothers is the one they used on the record that would ultimately kickstart their rise to fame.Hope this is useful to 당신 :)

Oh, thanks! I knew most of that story - except for the little-known name! I'm glad to have that detail, and I'll work the name in for sure!
