I do agree with 당신 on him 연기 a bit like a pedophile though, I wasn't crazy about that.
What I like about him in the show is that he has flaws, he's strong, he's calculated, and he studies the people he goes after- he gets inside their head. All this, and I 사랑 his personality. He can be so calm and assured one minute, and then he can snap and lose his temper- it's actually kind of scary at times how he reacts.
Despite what little we know of him (in the show), I can still be interested in his character. His motives take twists and turns throughout the episodes he's in, so we aren't 100% sure on what he's aiming for.
His flaws, especially his arrogance, always end up being his undoing. What bothered me was mainly that he always seeked an apprentice- but then again, that also shows his weakness in constant need to control, he always needs someone to control and bend to his will, this is an interesting flaw as well- and it always works against him in the end, even when in the beginning it was working so well. Ironically, later he himself becomes a servant (Trigon's), and once again his arrogance fell into play, for he was tricked.
Sorry, I like analysing characters XD. All in all, I really liked Slade (Deathstroke). I really wished they tapped into his past in the show a bit more, considering how often he was in it.
