If two people are meant to be together, eventually they'll find a way. As I'm washing the dishes, my worn black t-shirt wet with spraying water and my finger starting to get wrinkled like prunes, my mind is focused on anything but... Well, 당신 know who. It's been 10, close to 11 years since I last saw him. And without him in the way, distracting me, I've been able to get a start on my life. I grit my teeth as I use my fingernail to get rid of this one nasty spot on my plate when I hear my phone buzz. I groan and turn off the faucet then dry my hands on my 치마 and pick up the phone. My jaw literally drops when I see the notification banner:

*Text Message From Duncan Bryanson

Duncan: 저기요 Sweetheart

I tremble slightly and fumbled with the keys on my phone. Duncan hasn't crossed my mind in forever! After the show, he didn't call 또는 anything. So we kind of... Fell apart I guess.

Me: Hey

I hold my breath and wait for him to answer, slowly walking over to my 침상, 소파 and sitting down. It takes less than 10 seconds.

Duncan: Aren't 당신 going to ask where I've been the past 10 years?

Me: Umm.. Where have 당신 been?

Duncan: >:) Look out your bedroom window.

I frown slightly and stand up, walking at a brisk pace towards my room. I live in a 6 story apartment building in New York. Its pretty nice and I have my own art studio right 다음 to the kitchen. Not to mention the view. I shut the door behind me and then trip on my stilletos half way across my room. My phone flies out of my hand and I huff angrily, puling back a strand of brown hair. I stand up and walk towards the window opening it. My eyes widen when I see him. He hasn't changed one bit. With his green mohawk, piercings and those beautiful, mesmerizing 물오리, 청록 eyes. Gah! Snap out of it! I try hard to supress a smile when I see the 기타 slung over his back. "Duncan?" I call out. Duncan grins. "Hey Sunshine," he says and takes off the guitar, positioning it on his lap. And then the realization comes to mind: Hes going to sing to me.
