Everything was going great in my marriage with Synyster. He loves me with all of his 심장 and i 사랑 him no matter what.
Tonight was the night of our show in Houston and the 음악회, 콘서트 우주 was packed pretty full. I was so nervous that I couldn't even see straight. Of course having my husband 의해 me was help enough.
Johnny, Rev, Zacky, Synster and I were waiting backstage when Matt came in with steam coming out of his ears and his face looked redder than a pepper. I got up and walked over to him.
"Shadows what's wrong? what's the problem?" I heard Synyster get up from his 좌석 and felt him put his hands on my shoulders.
"The dancers for 'Scream' just cancelled on us. We have no sexy dancers now." said Shadows as he walked away.
"But we needed those dancers. They were perfect for the song since it brought some sexiness to the whole show." said Zacky as he got upset as well. I wanted to walk over and calm both of them down but my feet were rooted to the floor and Synyster was holding me in place.
"What are we going to do now?" asked Johnny.
"We're gonna have to skip 'Scream' and choose a different song to replace it." said Shadows. I could feel his 심장 breaking and I wanted to help in any way that I can.
"Wait Shadows. I have an idea" I said as I kissed Syn on his cheek and ran out of the band room and ran down to my band's room.
"Where is she going?" asked Rev as he looked at Synyster.
"I have no idea. But she did seem to have a point." said Synyster as he walked around the room.
I bursted through the door and panting like a runner at a marathon. I stood in front of my band and crossed my arms a bit.
"Guys, we have a huge problem." i said as i stood in front of them.
"What is it Samantha?" asked Kelly as she got up slowly and walked towards me. The other girls followed as well.
"Shadows told me and the guys that the dancers for the song later tonight just cancelled on them and now we have no dancers at all." I said as i felt my 심장 break a bit just from saying that.
"What? That's insane. Why did they cancel?" asked Claire my drummer.
"I don't know. Shadows never told us. So I was thinking that maybe 당신 can help us." i asked as the color drained from their faces.
"What do 당신 want us to do?" asked Kelly. If I even asked them this, I knew they were going to hate me forever. "Well I was thinking that maybe 당신 guys can fill in for the dancers. It's really important to us if we keep 'Scream' and it would mean the world to my husband and me." I said as I tried to convince them of the idea.
"I'm in." said Claire. We were all surprised that she wanted to do this. "What? I wanna dance all sexy and she's our friend and i wanna help her."
"Awwww. Thank 당신 Claire." I said as i walked over and hugged her. "You are such a life saver."
"Your welcome Samantha" said Claire as she looked at me and smiled.
"Well if Claire's in, then we're all in." said Kendra, my rhythm guitarist.
"Thank 당신 guys so much! I think the guys are gonna be pretty proud of me. The costumes for the dancers are just down the hall. 당신 guys go and get changed and get your hair and make-up done. I'm gonna run down the hall and let the guys know." I said as i hugged them all and ran down the hall and bursted through the door panting and sweating again.
I felt so tired from running up and down the hall that I wanted to fall face first on the floor. As I started to teeter forward, Synyster came running and caught me.
"Honey where have 당신 been?" he asked as he helped me get back to my feet.
"I ran down the hall to my band and asked them if they can help us and replace the missing dancers for us for 'Scream'" I said as I got to my feet and tried to catch my breath.
"And what did they say?" asked Shadows. I can tell he was desperate to have the song no matter what.
"They agreed to do it." I said as I smiled a bit and watched them react.
"Thank 당신 so much Samantha." said Zacky as he came over and gave me a huge hug.
"Your welcome Zacky" I said as I hugged him back and smiled and laughed a bit.
"Gentleman and lady, the song is back on!" cried Shadows as he laughed with the others.
"Thank 당신 so much, honey" said Synyster as he stood behind me and wrapped his arms around me. "That was a really sweet thing to do."
"Your welcome baby." I said as I looked at him and smiled and kissed his lips.
As we were getting ready to go on stage, we heard a loud knock on the door. Johnny ran over and answered the door as the girls from my band came in with their make-up and hair done all sexy and their outfits were perfectly sexy that I had to tap Synyster on his chest to remind that he has a wife.
"Oh my god 당신 guys! 당신 look amazing!" I said as I walked over and stood in front of them.
"You got that right. So Shadows, when do we go on?" asked Claire as she winked at him. Claire has never winked at him before. She always thought that he was mean and rude. What's gotten into her?
"Actually 당신 guys have to head down before us because 당신 have to get into a pose as we come on." said Shadows as he watched the girls head down the hall and onto the stage.
We heard the crowd screaming our names as we headed to the stage. The stage manager said that in order to start the song that I had to walk on stage first as the guys followed and just start playing.
My hands were shaking as I walked past my girls as they were standing in their poses in the dark. I walked up to mine and Synyster microphones as they followed. I felt Syn's hands on my shoulders as I took a deep breath and looked at the guys as they were finishing setting up.
The lights went dark in the entire arena and fog started circling around our feet. I felt my 심장 racing as Synyster gave the thumbs up to start the song. So I closed my eyes, took a deep breath and screamed bloody murder as we started playing the song and I looked back and watched my girls just let loose and have fun.
Throughout the whole song, I was afraid that my girls were going to mess up during 'Scream' but they looked like they were having the time of their lives. The whole 음악회, 콘서트 went out with a bang as we finished with 'A Little Piece of Heaven'. As we were exiting the stage, Synyster wrapped his arm over my shoulder and smiled.
"You are such a genius honey" said Syn as he looked at me and smiled.
"Thank 당신 baby." I said as I smiled and laughed a bit and kissed his lips.
During the plane ride back home, my girls and the guys couldn't stop talking bout the 음악회, 콘서트 and how amazing the girls were during the opening performance. I was proud of them as well. Tonight was such a huge success that they won't stop talking about until our 다음 show.
I'm just glad that my girls were always there for me when I needed them. They were my family and in my band we're always going to be a family.
I mean sure we fight and scream and make each other mad, but we always come through for each. Even through the up's and down's in our lives. But the one thing we never do is scream into the face of music.
