my ultimate episode would be one with Dean and Sam being in the middle of a prank war. Cas still the little cute angel we know, shooting puppy eyes wherever he can. gabriel and balthazar would appear all okay again say the apocalypse was a prank and everything is all right! ruby would still be alive and still the awesome demon we knew she was in the beginning of season 4. and they would hunt down a scary monster like a changeling or an evil clown =D
