	El_Citrus picked Ensign Chekov: It's a tie for me between Uhura and Checkov, but I think Checkov was much more different from TOS to XI. In TOS, he was supposed to be just the young Beatles bridge crew member to connect with the teen audience, and that was about it. In XI, they made him a 17 year old boy genius who actually got to showcase his smarts and save the day on multiple occasions. posted over a year ago.
