why is sally not in any 3D games with sonic

It's actually because she's compyright to the Archie comics, if i recall correctly. Hence why the other freedom fighters (Bunnie, Rotor, Antoine, etc) and Scourge and his Supression Squad...characters like that arent in games either. I could be wrong, but im pretty sure that's the reason. Sega didnt create her, Archie did.

Maybe she was set to only comics and satam, 또는 maybe SEGA had not thought about how to put her in the games

I think she's only intended to be a comic character. Sega may not have any plans of using her in any of the games. They ARE using Amy after all.
