For the past 120 years 또는 so, Sherlock Holmes has reigned as the indisputable king of fictional characters the world over. So, with the richly deserved popularity of the newest Holmes offering 의해 the redoubtable BBC, it simply stands to tedious reason that American 텔레비전 would immediately want to rush out a 'knock off'. Enter 'Elementary', who's misplaced claim to fame is having cast Watson as (egads!!) a woman. "SHERLOCK HOLMES" (2009) Review

I have never been a major 팬 of the Sherlock Holmes novels and stories penned 의해 Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and other writers. Once, I tried to get interested in them 의해 읽기 one 또는 two novels. But they had simply failed to spark my interest.

I have shown a little 더 많이 enthusiasm toward the various 영화 and 텔레비전 adaptations of Doyle’s novels and characters. Mind you, I never became a faithful viewer of the 텔레비전 series that starred Jeremy Brett as Holmes. But I have do have my private list of Sherlock Holmes 영화 that I consider as personal favorites....
