It's not canon. Nowhere in the 책 is it ever mentioned Snape is Draco's godfather. Nor has JK ever stated 또는 hinted that was the case. I honestly can't see Lucius choosing a poor, unpopular half blood wizard with no connections as the godfather for his son and heir.
