I remember visiting this website once...
It was called Sailor Moon Crystal: "Act 21 - Complication, Nemesis" Review - IGN
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
Sailor Moon Crystal: "Act 21 - Complication, Nemesis" Review
Since Prince Demande has kidnapped every Sailor Guardian save Venus, it’s no surprise that Complication, Nemesis featured very little action. Which was perfectly fine by me, since it managed to engage in so many other interesting ways: Usagi came face-to-face with Prince Demande, the source of Chibiusa’s guilt was revealed, and we saw a kinder, gentler side to Sailor Pluto. It was good stuff, even with a couple of hiccups in the story exposition.
Things started off with Prince Demande holding Usagi hostage at his palace on Nemesis. This opening scene was chilling, partly because Demande\'s palace looks like a big, dark basement (appropriate for a kidnapper), and partly because Demande demonstrated just how big of a creep he is. The way he physically forced Usagi into a chair, planted an unwanted kiss on her, then coldly mocked her inability to transform into Sailor Moon gave me goosebumps.
Sailor Moon Crystal: First Season Wrap Up
Demande\'s definitely a super villain, though I found his explanation for his dastardly deeds peculiar. He attacked Earth because he thinks peace and longevity are unnatural? That didn’t make much sense to me, given how he murdered the entire population of Crystal Tokyo and tried to alter history. The story exposition stumbled a bit here, but there\'s no doubt that Demande is dangerous, and that Sailor Moon is in a real bind.
If there\'s an upside to her predicament, it\'s that it forced Usagi to snap out of her jealous funk over Chibiusa. She realizes that instead of pouting over Mamoru not paying attention to her, she should be concentrating on saving her friends. Which led to a great scene where Usagi briefly contacted Mars, Jupiter and Mercury via telepathy. Not much came of it unfortunately, but I liked how it showed that even without their powers, the Guardians\' bond of friendship remains unbroken.
While Usagi was being held prisoner, Chibiusa was hiding out in her mother\'s palace, regretting her past decisions. Now, I’m not a fan of “Small Lady,” but I get why she stole the Legendary Silver Crystal. If kids were bullying me for aging slowly and lacking super powers, I’d probably try to prove them wrong by using the Crystal, too. Unfortunately, the moment Chibiusa stole it, the Black Moon Clan showed up, and all hell broke loose.

Now all Chibiusa has left is her adorable cat Diana and Sailor Pluto, who seemed preoccupied this week with making kissy faces at King Endymion. Which made Chibiusa feel even more alone. So when Wise Man appeared before her and offered to make her feel important, I almost couldn\'t blame her for accepting. (Almost. Didn\'t her parents ever teach her never to go with strangers?)
Back to Sailor Pluto, though: how great was it watching her bond with Chibiusa over magic tricks in that one flashback? I loved seeing a more tender to side to her; it fleshed out her personality and made her endearing. I can\'t help but feel a bit sorry for her though, since it\'s pretty clear she\'s got a thing for Endymion, but knows that she can\'t compete with Neo Queen Serenity.

Act 21 didn\'t feature big battles or dramatic showdowns, but it didn\'t need any. Its combination of story exposition (strange as it sometimes was) and character development was more than enough to keep me fully engaged.
