If Sailor Cosmos is Sailor Moon's ultimate form, and Chibi Chibi is actually Sailor Cosmos in disguise, would that mean Chibi Chibi is actually Chibi Usa's mother?

From what I can tell, 의해 읽기 the manga. Sailor Cosmos isn't really Sailor Moon's ultimate form. She's just the ultimate form of a sailor scout in general. So in all, Chibi Chibi isn't related to Rini 또는 Serena.
Yes, but in the manga, Chibi Chibi is the disguise of Sailor Moon's ultimate form, Sailor Cosmos. So technically wouldn't that make Chibi Chibi be Chibi-usa's mother, if Sailor Cosmos is Sailor Moon's ultimate form?
Chibi Chibi is a Galixia's good side 별, 스타 seed. In 망가 that a different story but in th series shes her 별, 스타 seed so basically Chibi Chibi is not a real person
