Well... i have a tough time forgiving myself but i know that if i don't, i won't be able to 옮기기 on and become a better runner. Plus my coach helps me to become confident. The 더 많이 confident 당신 produce a waaaay better performance if 당신 옮기기 on and promise yourself that your 다음 run will be your best. Every runner has good days and bad days... even champion olympians. Once 당신 accept that, 당신 forgive yourself ALOT easier. And yes, no matter how horrible your last run was, 당신 should continue to run daily, because that is the only way 당신 will improve. I'm done preaching now! :-) LOL

It's really hard to forgive myself when I have bad runs. I just remind myself that there will always be bad runs. But then there will also always be good ones. (:

Yeah, I'm pretty good at forgiving myself for a bad run. I'll be mad at myself, but then I think "Hey, at least I got off my 나귀, 엉덩이 and WENT for a run, even if it wasn't one of my best," and then I usually feel better.
And I don't run daily, I go every other day.
