They have two 더 많이 episodes together, both in season 6. Let Me Hear Your Balalaikas Ringing Out (Episode 6.08) and The Real Paul Anka (Episode 6.18) This is the last episode we see Jess sadly.

Okay in the 6th season he comes to her at her grandmother's house to tell her that he wrote a book. Then they are going to 공식 만찬, 저녁 식사 but logan arrives early and goes with them ( and logan acts like a total jerk ) then Jess leaves and yells at rory telling her she is not 연기 like herself ( dropping out of YALE and dating Logan ) Then later on in the season Rory finds him and he thinks she is coming back for him so they 키스 then she tells him she is still in 사랑 with Logan ( and he is like heartbroken it is totally sad ). She leaves and then he is off the show never guest starring in any episode after that.

Okay but the writers originally wanted him to stay as Rory's permenent boyfriend on the show. However, Milo Ventimiglia (Jess) was not looking for a permanent part on the show so they wrote him off after the 3rd season only bringing him back for guest appearences throughout the series. They also thought about 글쓰기 him his own story as Jess living in California and then NYC. The plans never fully developed. :(
