Are you referring to the fact that the humans just talk to an anthropromorphic blue jay and raccoon like it's no big deal? If so, yeah, I have noticed that! And it used to bother me, but it doesn't much ananymore. I'm a very realisitc person (strange considering I'm a huge fan of cartoons), so I do not find talking animals completely normal. I especially don't find talking animals and humans interacting with no differentiation between the two normal.

But I guess that's what makes Regular Show so "regular"!
