Ex. You should only be a fan of the Cobra Starship club if you know more songs by them than Good Girls Go Bad & Hot Mess. Do you agree or disagree with that statement?

^ Yes! Or, like how I explained it where you only know ONE song by a artist but you join the club anyways or (I've actually talked to some people who's admitted this) that they join a club because THE PERSON IS PRETTY BUT THEY HAVE NO F***** CLUE WHO THE PERSON IS!!!

^ That's annoying actually. Even though I've never seen or experienced it, it would annoy me if someone became a fan of something just because their friend is. Or if they don't even knw the person.

I personally dont see the problem with joining a club if you only know a couple of songs. It makes the fancount go up and if you actually do like the person, then why not? I'm a fan of many musicians on Fanpop that I don't buy the albums off, don't have any merchandise made by them or anything like that, I just like a few of their songs or like the singer as a person. I dont see the problem with it.

well im not sure. see i joined one spot and i had no clue what it was until someone told me what it was,then i watched it on Tv and it was actually a good show. people dont go on every single spot there a fan of every day,it doesnt matter-you can join a spot even if u only like one of there songs,or even an actor whos involved in the show or movie.You dont have to be a fan of it,people can always learn new things:)

I think it's silly to join a club if you have absolutely no idea or interest in the subject. WTH?
But I don't see a problem with joining a club that you're interested in but aren't necessarily a die hard fan of, so to speak.

For example, I'm a fan of Star Trek, but I haven't seen all the episodes of all the shows and I probably won't. But there are aspects of it that I enjoy so I consider myself a fan- just not a die hard fan.

I just join spots if i really like the thing or whatever. I won't join to a spot that i don't like. Even if is the spot of a friend, i won't join if i don't like it!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't see the point of being a fan of something if you're not actually a fan of something lol. I have no problem with people going to a spot and politely disagreeing over something but not when it's just to cause trouble.
