All my siblings are so called "Half" a term by the way that really pisses me off(sorry for language but I really hate that term). Anyway I love my siblings just as much as anyone loves what they call their "full siblings"!!!

I have a four-year-old half-sister, Alyssa. It doesn't bother me at all that we're not full sisters, we're still sisters and we love each other very much despite what anyone says or thinks about it.

But I do understand how you feel, BRUCASBELIEVER. The term "half-sibling" does sort of belittle the relationship between one and his half-sibling (sorry for saying half).

I just think of my sister as...well, my sister, and if you go on doing the same, it wouldn't matter what some people would absently call your siblings anymore. That's my best advice :)

^^^I do think of my brothers and my sister as so called full siblings, even though there so called half siblings, I just heard someone say once she's only my half sister or something like that on a movie and it just realy made my blood boil, because my siblings and I are just as close.

i have three half siblings. and i didn't choose any of the picks cause none of them really reflected my view. i don't feel like my half siblings have a whole chunk missing from them that connects them to me. so yes, when people say "just" half siblings it annoys me. cause i grew up with them. it don't feel any different. but, the thing is i don't really get along with ANY of my siblings. even my "full" little brother. im not really "tight" with any of them. and actually, i have four half siblings. one iv'e never met and don't care to ever meet....
