I like Midnight's personality more,he was just pure evil and calm doing 99% of the time.Also the fact that he was spent most of the time sleeping,made him an interesting character because you knew that once he would wake up shit would get real.Also I love his Reflector and Illusion magic(if it wouldn't have been for Erza's artificial eye she would have gotten defeated).

I also love Midnight, he's definitely a fascinating villain. But my heart has to go to Bellatrix I mean I love her crazy and child like personality. It's such an odd blend. And this woman puts the laughter in slaughter.
