It's kind of hard to judge with the audience singing along. Plus certain recordings can alter sound quality. Particularly with the Bieber one. That said, I went off on my own and looked at other live preferences of them both to judge better. I found that with Biebes he did better in some performances than others. Lynch on the other hand--while alright on recordings--doesn't really have a powerful voice in any of his live shows.

Granted this is the kind of performance I adore; link so in my opinion, by comparison, neither of those two could stand a chance in a sing off with her.

I do dislike Biebs as a person, but he's not that bad at singing, to me anyhow.

Well, I'll say an unpopular opinion, Bieber wasn't always such a terrible singer. When he first started out, yes he did sound like a girl, but all boys his age did. But he could still carry a tune and was decently good. Nowadays, since his voice deepened, he can't carry a tune and sounds like a goat, and I don't see that changing. Ross sounds terrible with or without auto-tune. His voice is even higher now than when he was a little kid. What, does he suck helium every morning or something? He can't carry a tune, his voice is weak, is always pitch, sounds like a chipmunk, and is even worse without autotune.

Not a fan of either, but I do think Bieber can sing.

Bieber wasn't always a terrible singer. He used to be just mediocre. Ross Lynch has always been an atrocious singer. He and his godawful acting and singing skills need to disappear into oblivion.
