Why do Harry Potter 팬 and Twilight 팬 hate each other so much?!?

Well, HP and Tw*l*ght also have very different plots. I mean, Tw*l*ght is all about Edward and Bella's relationship and how they 사랑 eachother and well, that is pretty much it. HP is not only about some abusive boyfriend and how he is a sparkly fairy and a romance. Mind you, Harry Potter is a romance, but that's only a bit of the plot, which just happens to make it an awesome book, because it's so well rounded. Harry Potter includes action, humor, a good plot (that has 더 많이 than justa relatinship to continue it), super bad-ass villians, round characters and villians, and has romance, but does not make it all about the character's girl/boy friends. It is a well written book, and yes, sure one can argue that Tw*l*ght is "jst as good" and "has all those same characterists", but really? IS there any competition here? I'm not so sure. HP 팬 Unite!!!

I think it all began when someone (a pretty stupid someone) compared the two. I don't mean to bash, but even though they are different HP is on a whole different level than Twilight. HP introduces us to something completely new and we haven't heard about Muggles 또는 Hogwarts 또는 Azkaban, and Twilight is just another twist to one very often repeated story. The only new thing is the sparkly-vampires who don't kill people. I did read Twilight and was an obsessed 팬 for a couple of months, but then I read HP again and some famous classics and I realized that the whole Twi-plot is pretty common and that its written poorly. It has some good moments, but that's all. They're both really popular, but isn't Hannah Montana popular, too?

I for one do not care if someone likes Twilight :) I have many 프렌즈 that are in 사랑 with Twilight and they are still my amazing friends. I don't like TWILIGHT itself, and to be honest, I despise it. But I try to only say things I don't like about it where I know other people will agree with me. I try to respect other people's opinions and I just want them to respect mine aswell. I am obsessed with Harry Potter, and I always will be no matter what anybody says :)

And when it comes to comparing them, I'm not sure why people do... they are very different. My best guess would be that they're both a very 인기 book/movie series with magical creatures in it.

I started Hating Harry Potter when I found out people were hating me for liking Twilight. -_-

It's not that all HP and Twilight 팬 hate each other, it's the rude and hateful 팬 that bash each other are the ones who hate each other. In my opinion, Twilight is the best book series ever written, but I have 프렌즈 who like HP and I'm cool with it. Other people who like HP that I am not close with, just convenyently (sp?) hate Twilight and bash us 연인들 for it. ((I'm not saying I don't bash people back, I mean I have to, I have to protect the series and I have to protect my opinions.)) If 당신 really want to know why "we hate each other so much" just click on these 링그 and read the vulgar nonsense some people has written about Twilight being stupid.

Another thing about Twilight-haters is they stick their noses into places that they shouldn't be. I mean, really people, if 당신 see something that has to do with Twilight just STEP AWAY! Just because it's there, doesn't mean 당신 have to be mean and nasty to people who 사랑 it. 당신 don't have to respond to it and make a big deal over it. I mean, really, I don't understand why people have to hate Twilight in the first place, I mean, I don't HATE Harry Potter, I just don't like it. But Twilight Haters are always going everywhere saying "I hate Twilight! Blah Blah Blah!" Just really people, ignore it!

Some don't. I don't really know much about Twilight, all I did was see one film but I always loved HP, I'm still great 프렌즈 with many Twi-Hards! I think now it's become so you're expected to choose a side and hate the other, I'm sure quite a few people don't hate each other they just think that if they don't they'd be disowned 의해 their community. I think it's just that they were both massive sensations and are often aimed at teenagers, someone found a connection a the whole thing just got really, really blown out of proportion! I hate it though, most places 당신 go everyone's always being incredibly aggresive over it. To be honest it's giving 팬 a bad name, I know many a 팬 who has had to assure me that they're not crazy and won't completely disown me if my opinions differ! And what's annoying is that everyone could be great friends, and I know I'll sound like some 60's hippy 또는 something but if 당신 take away the fact that 당신 might want to 날짜 Jacob Black 또는 recieve a letter of acceptance from Hogwarts everyone's just fellow fans! There could be the oppurtunity to make great 프렌즈 if people only learnt that it doesn't matter. 팬팝 is a place where everyone can be accepted for liking something, I know that's why I 사랑 Fanpop!

They are so different things! J.K Rowling have made whole new world so Twilight is nothing.
And i don't hate Twilight fans, i just hate over the 상단, 맨 위로 going Twilight fans

I am a 팬 of both.
I don't know why. Maybe because they have made it into a competition into which book series is better.

Because, while Twilight might have a good concept, the 글쓰기 is terrible. And while Harry Potter has a great writer, the concept is cliche.
So they both have their ups and downs.
Too bad for Twilight 팬 that nothing makes up for shitty 글쓰기 :p Cliche ideas are easy to over come with great writing.

Its because fights are awesome!!! also, they contradict each other, and because of charactor switches!!!

They hate each other because they both think that their series is better than the other one, so they're constantly arguing about it. In the midst of all the arguing, names get called, 책 get bashed, and feelings get hurt. And the cycle continues...

Harry potter has been around longer since 2001, as when each book came out before the movies.
so someone decided to make a stupid series about 뱀파이어 and thought girls would take 더 많이 interest in twilight, which is SO annoying when girls talk about it.
i mean, harry potter is about knowing magic and the dark forces, and twilight has nothing compared to that.
so how is twilight the same thing like harry potter?
there both different movies, except harry potter is way better and all the plots in 영화 make 더 많이 sense than twilight.
and im proud that i like the movies.
