1st, YOu need a basic base drawing tool, Paint is the best drawer to draw your drawing's outine, After 당신 have your Black and White picture, Save it as a PNG file on your Dasktop for the fastest actions, After that 당신 need a good coloring Tool, Like Photoshop 또는 GIMP 2, Photoshop is good for both drawing and Coloring aswell! I say 당신 use those 5 별, 스타 tools to make your fanart!
Make sure what "it" is!
If it's fanart, It's gonna have to be a drawing of something from an original show, Game 또는 anything like that, And if 당신 draw something using your imaganation, It's a drawing, Not a fanart, Hope I helped ☺
