How do 당신 가입하기 a club page on 팬팝 if your using a cellphone?

I already know how to do it on a computer. Just the cellphone internet does not show the green become a 팬 bar to press, like the computer does. Please help me. Pic is Hatsune Miku Vocaloid. And 아니메 Wallpaper.

I found out, i can just turn my phone into a Desktop style. like a computer screen
