Hallucinations are usually just tricks of the senses. 당신 might hear 또는 see something that isn't there. Delusions are ideas that are not true. Like how 당신 might have a delusion of being watched when 당신 really aren't 또는 당신 have a delusional idea that 당신 can achieve something that is unachievable. Both of these can be caused 의해 some mental disorders.
Basically a hallucination is something that is perceived through the senses. 당신 see something thats not there. 당신 hear something thats not there. 당신 feel/smell something thats not there.
A delusion is a belief that is not true. The God Complex is a delusion where 당신 believe 당신 are a god. 또는 maybe 당신 believe 당신 can fly. 또는 maybe 당신 believe that there is always something watching you... .... like a duck.
